We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Pack your item securely and include all original packaging and tags

Drop off the package with the courier listed on your return label
Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email support@zucety.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
