Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 will have a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for delivery in 1–2 business days, with costs shown at checkout.
3. How soon will my order ship?
Orders with free shipping ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 3:30 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track directly at UPS Tracking.
5. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
UPS Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box, we’ll ship via USPS instead.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. How do I start a return?
Email support@zucety.com to request your free return label. Once you receive it, pack your item securely and drop it off with the courier.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
9. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
